The Fair Lawn Cutters (Fair Lawn, NJ) basketball knocked off the visiting Passaic Valley Hornets (Little Falls, NJ), 53-39 in Thursday's league test.
The Cutters (7-3) will now prepare for their test against West Milford (West Milford, NJ). The Highlanders go into the Big North - Independence test with a 5-9 record. In their last test, West Milford notched a victory over Garfield (Garfield, NJ), 58-50, in a non-league test.
