The Fellowship Baptist Academy Eagles basketball team (Durham, NC), was nudged 65-64 in Thursday's league battle with the host New Life Christian Academy Warriors (Rocky Mount, NC)

The Warriors now possess a 8-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host DASH for a non-league battle on Friday, January 12.

The Eagles (12-7) will now prepare for their battle against Wilson Christian Academy (Wilson, NC). The Chargers come into the non-league battle with a 3-12 record. In their last battle, Wilson Christian Academy edged Wilmington Christian Academy (Wilmington, NC), 31-28, in a league battle.
