New Jersey High School Basketball - Ranney can't hold off Freehold Boro

The Freehold Boro Colonials basketball team scored 70 points and restricted the host Ranney to 69 in the Colonials non-league victory on Thursday.
The Colonials now sport a 8-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Matawan Regional for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 16. Freehold Boro will battle a Huskies team coming off a 47-42 non-league loss to Middletown South (Middletown, NJ). The Huskies record now stands at 4-8.
The (5-5) will now prepare for their contest against Christian Brothers Academy (Lincroft, NJ). The Colts come into the non-league contest with a 6-3 record. In their last contest, Christian Brothers Academy edged Colts Neck (Colts Neck, NJ), 62-50, in a non-league contest.
