New Jersey High School Basketball - Central trounced by Immaculate Conception

January 11, 2024: Montclair, NJ 07042

In Thursday's league match, the host Immaculate Conception Lions basketball team scored a decisive 87-39 triumph over the Central Blue Devils.

In their next game, the Lions meet the Bishop McNamara Mustangs (Forestville, MD) in a non-league match, on Saturday, January 13. Immaculate Conception will attempt to move on its 6-3 season record. The Mustangs enter the match with a 10-5 record after their 70-66 league win over Archbishop Carroll (Washington, DC).

With the defeat, Central moves to 5-6 on the year. The Blue devils travel to Montclair (Montclair, NJ) to meet the Mounties in a non-league match on Monday, January 15. The Mounties enter the match with a record of 4-4. Montclair lost 70-65 in their recent non-league match against Columbia (Maplewood, NJ)
