The Westwood Cardinals (Washington Township, NJ) basketball nipped the host Indian Hills Braves (Oakland, NJ), 60-55 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Cardinals (6-5) will now prepare for their test against Pascack Hills (Montvale, NJ). The Broncos go into the Big North - Patriot test with a 4-5 record. In their last test, Pascack Hills got by River Dell (Oradell, NJ), 48-45, in a league test.
The Braves now own a 4-5 record. They play next when they host Ramsey for a non-league test on Tuesday, January 16. Indian Hills will encounter a Rams squad coming off a 41-35 non-league loss to Northern Highlands (Allendale, NJ). The Rams record now stands at 10-1.
