In Thursday's league outing, the New Plymouth Pilgrims (New Plymouth, ID) basketball squad felled the host Marsing Huskies (Marsing, ID), by a margin of 65-53.
The Pilgrims (10-2) will now prepare for their outing against Nampa Christian (Nampa, ID). The Trojans go into the 2A Western Idaho outing with a 7-3 record. In their last outing, Nampa Christian was beaten by Melba (Melba, ID), 61-55, in a league outing.
The Huskies now own a 6-5 record. They play next when they travel to Cole Valley Christian for a 2A Western Idaho outing on Saturday, January 13. Marsing will clash with a Chargers squad coming off a 58-25 league win over Compass Charter (Meridian, ID). The Chargers record now stands at 10-1.
