Maine High School Basketball - Washington Academy trounces Narraguagus

The Washington Academy Raiders (East Machias, ME) basketball crushed the visiting Narraguagus Knights (Harrington, ME), 59-23 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Raiders (6-6) will now prepare for their test against John Bapst Memorial (Bangor, ME). The Crusaders go into the B North test with a 1-10 record. In their last test, John Bapst Memorial was trounced by Bucksport (Bucksport, ME), 57-42, in a league test.
The Knights now own a 5-5 record. They play next when they host Calais for a C North test on Tuesday, January 16. Narraguagus will encounter a Blue Devils squad coming off a 84-40 league win over Woodland (Baileyville, ME). The Blue Devils record now stands at 7-2.
