Niagara Badgers (Niagara, WI) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Oneida Nation Thunderhawks (Oneida, WI), 74-58 in a league bout.

With the victory, Niagara upgrades its record to 9-4 on the campaign. The Badgers host Crivitz (Crivitz, WI) to play the Wolverines in a Marinette & Oconto bout on Monday, January 15. The Wolverines come into the bout with a record of 8-5. Crivitz lost 59-52 in their recent non-league bout against Shiocton (Shiocton, WI)

Next up, the Thunderhawks play the Menominee Indian Eagles (Keshena, WI) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 13. Oneida Nation will attempt to upgrade on its 6-5 season record. The Eagles come into the bout with a 2-10 record after their 71-45 league loss to Shiocton (Shiocton, WI).
