The NV - Old Tappan Golden Knights basketball team (Old Tappan, NJ), was nudged 73-70 in Thursday's league battle with the host Teaneck Highwaymen (Teaneck, NJ)
The Highwaymen now sport a 7-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Dwight-Englewood for a non-league battle on Saturday, January 13. Teaneck will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 52-44 non-league win over Cresskill (Cresskill, NJ). The Bulldogs record now stands at 7-3.
The Golden Knights (3-9) will now prepare for their battle against Wayne Hills (Wayne, NJ). The Patriots come into the non-league battle with a 8-3 record. In their last battle, Wayne Hills edged Lakeland Regional (Wanaque, NJ), 56-43, in a league battle.
