Fans at Thursday's league challenge between the St. Patrick Fighting Irish (Biloxi, MS) and the visiting Perry Central Bulldogs (New Augusta, MS), saw St. Patrick's basketball squad wallop Perry Central by a tally of 66-37.

With the victory, St. Patrick improves its record to 13-7 on the campaign. The Fighting Irish host St. Stanislaus (Bay St. Louis, MS) to play the Rock-a-Chaws in a 3A Region 8 challenge on Tuesday, January 16. The Rock-a-Chaws come into the challenge with a record of 10-7.

Next up, the Bulldogs play the Tylertown Chiefs (Tylertown, MS) in a 3A Region 8 challenge, on Friday, January 19. Perry Central will attempt to improve on its 10-6 season record.
