South Carolina High School Basketball - Goose Creek can't hold off Cane Bay

The Cane Bay Cobras basketball team scored 36 points and held the host Goose Creek Gators to 35 in the Cobras non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Cobras now sport a 4-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Summerville for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 13. Cane Bay will battle a Green Wave team coming off a 46-22 league win over West Ashley (Charleston, SC). The Green Wave record now stands at 1-0.
The Gators (3-1) will now prepare for their contest against Fort Dorchester (North Charleston, SC). The Patriots enter the non-league contest with a 2-1 record. In their last contest, Fort Dorchester nudged Cane Bay (Summerville, SC), 70-27, in a non-league contest.
