The Menlo-Atherton Bears basketball team scored 33 points and restricted the visiting Hillsdale FIGHTING KNIGHTS to 19 in the Bears league victory on Thursday.

The Bears now sport a 7-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Carlmont for a contest on Saturday, January 13. Menlo-Atherton will battle a Scots team coming off a 44-25 non-league win over Capuchino (San Bruno, CA). The Scots record now stands at 4-4.

The FIGHTING KNIGHTS (12-4) will now prepare for their contest against Sequoia (Redwood City, CA). The Ravens come into the contest with a 1-7 record. In their last contest, Sequoia was defeated by Woodside (Woodside, CA), 57-35, in a non-league contest.
