The McKinley Bulldogs basketball team scored 52 points and held the visiting Jackson Polar Bears to 39 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Bulldogs now sport a 7-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Louisville for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 13. McKinley will battle a Leopards team coming off a 76-15 non-league win over Heartland Christian (Columbiana, OH). The Leopards record now stands at 3-2.
The Polar Bears (1-2) will now prepare for their contest against Wadsworth (Wadsworth, OH). The Grizzlies enter the non-league contest with a 0-7 record. In their last contest, Wadsworth was defeated by Hudson (Hudson, OH), 47-40, in a non-league contest.
