Fans at Thursday's league challenge between the Sandhills/Thedford Knights (Dunning, NE) and the host Anselmo-Merna Coyotes (Merna, NE), saw Sandhills/Thedford's basketball squad knock off Anselmo-Merna by a tally of 49-32.

With the victory, Sandhills/Thedford improves its record to 11-2 on the campaign. The Knights host Maywood/Hayes Center (Maywood, NE) to play the Wolves in a non-league challenge on Friday, January 12. The Wolves come into the challenge with a record of 12-1.
