The Berean Academy Eagles basketball team scored 32 points and held the host Skyline - Gila River to 30 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Eagles now sport a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Arizona Cultural Academy for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 16. Berean Academy will meet a Wolves team coming off a 22-15 league loss to Tri-City Christian Academy (Chandler, AZ). The Wolves record now stands at 3-1.
The (2-5) will now prepare for their contest against Trinity Christian (Prescott, AZ). The Warriors enter the non-league contest with a 6-1 record. In their last contest, Trinity Christian nudged BASIS - Prescott (Prescott, AZ), 19-16, in a league contest.
