In Thursday's non-league outing, the Kirk Academy Raiders (Grenada, MS) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Calhoun Academy Cougars (Calhoun City, MS), by a margin of 47-16.
The Raiders (15-6) will now prepare for their outing against Canton Academy (Canton, MS). The Panthers go into the non-league outing with a 0-7 record. In their last outing, Canton Academy was trounced by Oak Hill Academy (West Point, MS), 54-19, in a league outing.
