The McHenry Warriors basketball team (McHenry, IL), was overwhelmed 55-14 in Thursday's league battle with the host Cary-Grove Trojans (Cary, IL)
The Trojans now possess a 11-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Prairie Ridge for a Fox Valley battle on Wednesday, January 17. Cary-Grove will battle a Wolves team coming off a 51-31 league loss to Huntley (Huntley, IL). The Wolves record now stands at 11-7.
The Warriors (1-16) will now prepare for their battle against Zion-Benton (Zion, IL). The Zee-Bees come into the non-league battle with a 3-16 record. In their last battle, Zion-Benton was overwhelmed by Warren Township (Gurnee, IL), 64-19, in a league battle.
