In Thursday's league match, the visiting Peters Township Indians basketball team scored a tight 53-49 triumph over the Chartiers Valley Colts.

In their next game, the Indians meet the Canon-McMillan Big Macs (Canonsburg, PA) in a WPIAL 6A 2 match, on Tuesday, January 16. Peters Township will attempt to move on its 14-0 season record.
