With the victory, Monarch upgrades its record to 2-8 on the campaign. The Royals host Health Sciences (San Diego, CA) to confront the Surgeons in a Freelance battle on Tuesday, January 16. The Surgeons come into the battle with a record of 0-0.

The Cobras (0-10) will now prepare for their battle against King-Chavez Community (San Diego, CA). The Lions come into the Pioneer battle with a 0-1 record.
