DeWitt Clinton Governors (Bronx, NY) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Kennedy Knights (Bronx, NY), 46-35 in a non-league bout.

With the win, DeWitt Clinton upgrades its record to 4-6 on the season. The Governors travel to Columbus (Bronx, NY) to clash with the Blue Steel in a PSAL AAAA Bronx bout on Tuesday, January 16. The Blue Steel go into the bout with a record of 10-2. Columbus lost 85-24 in their recent league bout against Truman (Bronx, NY)

Next up, the Knights clash with the Truman Mustangs (Bronx, NY) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 16. Kennedy will attempt to upgrade on its 5-5 season record.
