With the victory, Katahdin improves its record to 7-2 on the campaign. The Cougars host Central Aroostook (Mars Hill, ME) to play the Panthers in a D North challenge on Monday, January 15. The Panthers come into the challenge with a record of 5-4. Central Aroostook won 64-4 in their recent non-league challenge against Madawaska (Madawaska, ME)

Next up, the Vikings play the Hodgdon Hawks (Hodgdon, ME) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, January 13. East Grand will attempt to improve on its 0-6 season record. The Hawks come into the challenge with a 10-1 record after their 63-17 non-league win over Washburn (Washburn, ME).
