With the win, Independence/Gilmanton upgrades its record to 9-5 on the season. The Indees travel to Lake Holcombe (Holcombe, WI) to clash with the Chieftains in a non-league bout on Monday, January 15. The Chieftains go into the bout with a record of 6-6.

Next up, the Cardinals clash with the Eau Claire Immanuel Lutheran Lancers (Eau Claire, WI) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 16. Eleva-Strum will attempt to upgrade on its 3-11 season record. The Lancers go into the bout with a 5-5 record after their 65-48 non-league loss to Whitehall (Whitehall, WI).
