The Foothill Tech Dragons (Ventura, CA) basketball felled the visiting Santa Clara Saints (Oxnard, CA), 46-26 in Thursday's league test.
The Dragons (7-10) will now prepare for their test against Bishop Diego (Santa Barbara, CA). The Cardinals go into the Tri-Valley test with a 17-3 record. In their last test, Bishop Diego thwarted Cate (Carpinteria, CA), 34-18, in a league test.
The Saints now own a 1-20 record. They play next when they travel to Golden Valley for a non-league test on Saturday, January 13. Santa Clara will encounter a Grizzlies squad coming off a 71-38 non-league loss to Trinity Classical Academy (Valencia, CA). The Grizzlies record now stands at 4-13.
