Georgia High School Basketball - Hancock Central trounced by Glascock County

The Glascock County Panthers routed the visiting Hancock Central Bulldogs basketball team by a final score of 60-35 in Thursday's league game.

In their next game, the Panthers face the Wilkinson County Warriors (Irwinton, GA) in a A D2 Region 5 battle, on Tuesday, January 16. Glascock County will attempt to improve on its 5-5 season record. The Warriors come into the battle with a 7-9 record after their 39-34 league win over Twiggs County (Jeffersonville, GA).

The Bulldogs (0-12) will now prepare for their battle against Johnson County (Wrightsville, GA). The Trojans come into the A D2 Region 5 battle with a 2-4 record. In their last battle, Johnson County was overwhelmed by Screven County (Sylvania, GA), 49-31, in a non-league battle.
