Virginia High School Basketball - Independence knocked off by Lightridge

The Lightridge Bolts basketball team scored 45 points and held the visiting Independence to 37 in the Bolts league triumph on Thursday.
The Bolts now sport a 8-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Riverside for a Potomac contest on Wednesday, January 17.
The (4-9) will now prepare for their contest against Stone Bridge (Ashburn, VA). The Bulldogs enter the Potomac contest with a 10-3 record. In their last contest, Stone Bridge was outscored by Briar Woods (Ashburn, VA), 54-46, in a league contest.
