In Thursday's league match, the host Pine Tree Academy Breakers basketball team scored a tight 38-36 triumph over the Islesboro Central Eagles.
In their next game, the Breakers meet the St. Dominic Saints (Lewiston, ME) in a D South match, on Saturday, January 20. Pine Tree Academy will attempt to better on its 5-2 season record.
