Minnesota High School Basketball - Mound-Westonka overwhelmed by Southwest Christian

The Southwest Christian Stars basketball team scored 71 points and restricted the visiting Mound-Westonka White Hawks to 50 in the Stars non-league victory on Thursday.
The Stars now sport a 7-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host St. Anthony Village for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 16. Southwest Christian will battle a Huskies team coming off a 85-72 non-league win over Robbinsdale Cooper (New Hope, MN). The Huskies record now stands at 11-3.
The White Hawks (0-12) will now prepare for their contest against Willmar (Willmar, MN). The Cardinals come into the non-league contest with a 10-9 record. In their last contest, Willmar was routed by Fergus Falls (Fergus Falls, MN), 57-50, in a league bout.
