In Thursday's league outing, the William Penn Charter Quakers (Philadelphia, PA) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Springside Chestnut Hill Academy Blue Devils (Philadelphia, PA), by a margin of 70-32.
The Quakers (6-8) will now prepare for their outing against Gwynedd Mercy Academy (Gwynedd Valley, PA). The Monarchs go into the non-league outing with a 12-1 record. In their last outing, Gwynedd Mercy Academy smashed Mt. St. Joseph Academy (Flourtown, PA), 36-27, in a league outing.
The Blue Devils now own a 2-5 record. They play next when they host Lawrenceville School for a non-league outing on Wednesday, January 31.
