North Carolina High School Basketball - East Henderson can't hold off Tuscola

The Tuscola Mountaineers basketball team scored 31 points and held the host East Henderson Eagles to 27 in the Mountaineers non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Mountaineers now sport a 12-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Pisgah for a contest on Friday, January 12. Tuscola will battle a Bears team coming off a 41-28 non-league win over West Henderson (Hendersonville, NC). The Bears record now stands at 10-1.
The Eagles (3-4) will now prepare for their contest against North Henderson (Hendersonville, NC). The Knights enter the non-league contest with a 3-7 record. In their last contest, North Henderson was nudged by Franklin (Franklin, NC), 46-17, in a non-league contest.
