New Mexico High School Basketball - Eldorado can't hold off Rio Rancho

The Rio Rancho Rams basketball team scored 37 points and held the visiting Eldorado Golden Eagles to 31 in the Rams non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Rams now sport a 8-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Santa Fe for a non-league contest on Friday, January 12. Rio Rancho will battle a Demons team coming off a 44-24 non-league win over Hope Christian (Albuquerque, NM). The Demons record now stands at 4-2.
The Golden Eagles (3-4) will now prepare for their contest against Hope Christian (Albuquerque, NM). The Huskies enter the non-league contest with a 1-5 record. In their last contest, Hope Christian was nudged by Santa Fe (Santa Fe, NM), 44-24, in a non-league contest.
