The Apollo Hawks basketball team (Glendale, AZ), was overwhelmed 71-36 in Thursday's league battle with the visiting Willow Canyon Wildcats (Surprise, AZ)
The Wildcats now possess a 10-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Paradise Valley for a battle on Friday, January 12. Willow Canyon will confront a Trojans team coming off a 52-51 non-league win over North Canyon (Phoenix, AZ). The Trojans record now stands at 2-1.
The Hawks (1-2) will now prepare for their battle against Sunrise Mountain (Peoria, AZ). The Mustangs come into the battle with a 4-4 record.
