The Salmon River Savages basketball squad (Riggins, ID), was crushed 53-29 in Saturday's league battle with the host Cascade Ramblers (Cascade, ID)
With the victory, Cascade advances its record to 9-5 on the year. The Ramblers travel to Tri-Valley (Cambridge, ID) to meet the Titans in a 1A Long Pin battle on Saturday, January 18. The Titans enter the battle with a record of 1-9.
The Savages now own a 0-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Nezperce for a non-league battle on Monday, January 13. Salmon River will meet a Nighthawks squad coming off a 62-43 league win over Genesee (Genesee, ID). The Nighthawks record now stands at 6-2.
