The DeSales Irish basketball team scored 85 points and limited the host Liberty Christian Patriots to 56 in the Irish league triumph on Saturday.
The Irish now possess a 11-1 record. They play next when they host Walla Walla Valley Academy for a 1B Southeast Grape game on Tuesday, January 14. DeSales will confront a Knights team coming off a 78-41 league win over Prescott (Prescott, WA). The Knights record now stands at 5-5.
With the loss, Liberty Christian falls to 7-5 on the campaign. The Patriots host Garfield-Palouse (Palouse, WA) to confront the Vikings in a non-league game on Tuesday, January 14. The Vikings go into the game with a record of 8-3. Garfield-Palouse won 71-17 in their recent league game against Dayton (Dayton, WA)
