The Chargers (6-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Dell Rapids (Dell Rapids, SD). The Quarriers come into the non-league challenge with a 5-3 record. In their last challenge, Dell Rapids prevailed over Elk Point-Jefferson (Elk Point, SD), 37-33, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Chargers encounter the Sioux Valley Cossacks (Volga, SD) in a A Region 2 challenge, on Tuesday, January 14. Hamlin will attempt to improve on its 5-2 season record. The Cossacks come into the challenge with a 4-2 record after their 60-51 non-league win over Wolsey-Wessington (Wolsey, SD).
