Maine High School Basketball - Lake Region bests Poland

The Lake Region Lakers basketball team scored 60 points and limited the visiting Poland Knights to 42 in the Lakers league triumph on Saturday.
The Lakers now possess a 4-6 record. They play next when they host Waynflete for a non-league game on Friday, January 17. Lake Region will confront a Flyers team coming off a 54-46 league win over Traip (Kittery, ME). The Flyers record now stands at 6-7.
With the loss, Poland falls to 6-3 on the campaign. The Knights travel to Cape Elizabeth (Cape Elizabeth, ME) to confront the Capers in a B South game on Tuesday, January 14. The Capers go into the game with a record of 3-7. Cape Elizabeth lost 50-36 in their recent league game against Lake Region (Naples, ME)
