Maine High School Basketball - Oak Hill nips Leavitt

In Saturday's league contest, the host Oak Hill Raiders basketball team scored a close 61-54 triumph over the Leavitt Hornets.
The Raiders (3-8) will now prepare for their contest against Dirigo (Dixfield, ME). The Cougars go into the non-league contest with a 6-6 record. In their last contest, Dirigo nipped Traip (Kittery, ME), 52-23, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Hornets battle the Waterville Panthers (Waterville, ME) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, January 14. Leavitt will attempt to better on its 4-7 season record. The Panthers go into the contest with a 2-9 record after their 61-56 league loss to Hall-Dale (Farmingdale, ME).
