The Riverside Rams (Chattaroy, WA) basketball were winner over the visiting Newport Grizzlies (Newport, WA), 68-49 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Rams now possess a 8-4 record. They play next when they travel to Coeur d'Alene for a non-league bout on Friday, January 17. Riverside will play a Vikings team coming off a 71-53 league loss to Lake City (Coeur d'Alene, ID). The Vikings record now stands at 6-6.
With the loss, Newport falls to 0-11 on the campaign. The Grizzlies travel to Davenport (Davenport, WA) to play the Gorillas in a 2B Bi-County bout on Tuesday, January 14. The Gorillas go into the bout with a record of 5-7. Davenport lost 75-59 in their recent non-league bout against Medical Lake (Medical Lake, WA)
