The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Elko Indians (Elko, NV) and the visiting Dayton Dust Devils (Dayton, NV), observed Elko's basketball team overwhelm Dayton by a score of 60-21.

The Indians (6-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Spring Creek (Spring Creek, NV). The Spartans come into the challenge with a 4-6 record. In their last challenge, Spring Creek trounced Fernley (Fernley, NV), 54-35, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Dust Devils encounter the Lowry Buckaroos (Winnemucca, NV) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 17. Dayton will attempt to improve on its 4-9 season record. The Buckaroos come into the challenge with a 7-6 record after their 52-31 non-league win over Churchill County (Fallon, NV).
