The Brewer Witches basketball team (Brewer, ME), dropped 61-44 in Saturday's league challenge with the host Cony Rams (Augusta, ME)
The Rams (10-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Messalonskee (Oakland, ME). The Eagles come into the A North challenge with a 4-8 record. In their last challenge, Messalonskee prevailed over Greely (Cumberland Center, ME), 30-26, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Witches encounter the Camden Hills Windjammers (Rockport, ME) in a A North challenge, on Friday, January 17. Brewer will attempt to improve on its 4-8 season record.
