Oceanside Mariners (Rockland, ME) supporters left the game satisfied Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad nudge the host Camden Hills Windjammers (Rockport, ME), 61-54 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Oceanside advances its record to 8-2 on the year. The Mariners travel to Winslow (Winslow, ME) to face the Black Raiders in a non-league match on Tuesday, January 14. The Black Raiders enter the match with a record of 1-10. Winslow lost 41-27 in their recent non-league match against Morse (Bath, ME)
The Windjammers now own a 8-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Nokomis for a A North match on Tuesday, January 14. Camden Hills will face a Warriors squad coming off a 73-34 league loss to Lawrence (Fairfield, ME). The Warriors record now stands at 4-8.
