Oregon High School Basketball - Lewis Academy holds off Central Christian

The Lewis Academy Watchmen basketball team scored 32 points and limited the host Central Christian Tigers to 28 in the Watchmen non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Watchmen now possess a 7-5 record. They play next when they travel to Willamette Valley Christian for a 1A Casco game on Monday, January 13. Lewis Academy will confront a Warriors team coming off a 62-29 league loss to Falls City/Kings Valley Charter (Falls City, OR). The Warriors record now stands at 0-9.
With the loss, Central Christian falls to 3-7 on the campaign. The Tigers host Prospect (Prospect, OR) to confront the Cougars in a 1A Mountain Valley game on Tuesday, January 14. The Cougars go into the game with a record of 0-0.
