Washington High School Basketball - College Place overwhelms Wahluke

The College Place Hawks basketball team scored 60 points and limited the visiting Wahluke Warriors to 23 in the Hawks league triumph on Saturday.
The Hawks now possess a 6-6 record. They play next when they travel to Naches Valley for a non-league game on Tuesday, January 14. College Place will confront a Rangers team coming off a 61-35 league win over Wapato (Wapato, WA). The Rangers record now stands at 8-4.
With the loss, Wahluke falls to 1-12 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to Kiona-Benton (Benton City, WA) to confront the Bears in a 1A South Central - East contest on Tuesday, January 14. The Bears come into the contest with a record of 5-8. Kiona-Benton lost 40-28 in their recent league contest against Royal (Royal City, WA)
