The crowd at Saturday's league challenge between the Fellowship Academy Mustangs (Kennedale, TX) and the host Covenant Classical Cavaliers (Fort Worth, TX), observed Fellowship Academy's basketball team overwhelm Covenant Classical by a score of 51-21.
The Mustangs (17-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Calvary Academy (Denton, TX). The Lions come into the TAPPS 3A District 1 challenge with a 1-8 record. In their last challenge, Calvary Academy was routed by Texoma Christian (Sherman, TX), 39-31, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Cavaliers encounter the Fellowship Academy Mustangs (Kennedale, TX) in a TAPPS 3A District 1 challenge, on Tuesday, January 28. Covenant Classical will attempt to improve on its 2-5 season record.
