The Homewood-Flossmoor Vikings basketball team scored 61 points and limited the host Lincoln-Way Central Knights to 21 in the Vikings league triumph on Saturday.

The Vikings now possess a 15-7 record. They play next when they travel to Lincoln-Way West for a non-league game on Thursday, January 16.

With the loss, Lincoln-Way Central falls to 6-13 on the campaign. The Knights travel to Bradley-Bourbonnais (Bradley, IL) to confront the Boilermakers in a SouthWest Suburban game on Tuesday, January 14. The Boilermakers go into the game with a record of 3-13. Bradley-Bourbonnais lost 71-43 in their recent league game against Lincoln-Way West (New Lenox, IL)
