The York Wildcats (York, ME) basketball edged the visiting Kennebunk Rams (Kennebunk, ME), 51-47 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Wildcats now possess a 6-5 record. They play next when they travel to Marshwood for a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 14. York will play a Hawks team coming off a 53-50 league win over Brunswick (Brunswick, ME). The Hawks record now stands at 10-1.
With the loss, Kennebunk falls to 7-5 on the campaign. The Rams host Westbrook (Westbrook, ME) to play the Blue Blazes in a A South bout on Tuesday, January 14. The Blue Blazes go into the bout with a record of 8-6. Westbrook won 71-22 in their recent league bout against Falmouth (Falmouth, ME)
