The Peoples Academy Wolves (Morrisville, VT) basketball edged the host Twinfield Trojans (Plainfield, VT), 45-39 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Wolves now possess a 8-3 record. They play next when they host Thetford Academy for a Capital bout on Monday, January 13. Peoples Academy will play a Panthers team coming off a 35-18 league win over Montpelier (Montpelier, VT). The Panthers record now stands at 3-3.
With the loss, Twinfield falls to 4-4 on the campaign. The Trojans host Williamstown (Williamstown, VT) to play the Blue Devils in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 14. The Blue Devils go into the bout with a record of 3-4. Williamstown won 51-25 in their recent league bout against Bellows Free Academy (Fairfax, VT)
