In Saturday's non-league contest, the host Issaquah Eagles basketball team scored a close 45-38 triumph over the Lake Washington Kangaroos.
The Eagles (10-1) will now prepare for their contest against Bothell/Inglemoor (Bothell, WA). The Cougars go into the non-league contest with a 5-4 record.
In their next game, the Kangaroos battle the Newport - Bellevue Knights (Bellevue, WA) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, January 15. Lake Washington will attempt to better on its 7-5 season record. The Knights go into the contest with a 1-9 record after their 31-28 non-league loss to Sammamish (Bellevue, WA).
