Colorado High School Ice Hockey - Cherry Creek gets by Chaparral

January 11, 2025: Parker, CO 80134

The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Cherry Creek Bruins (Greenwood Village, CO) and the host Chaparral Wolverines (Parker, CO), witnessed Cherry Creek's ice hockey team defeat Chaparral by a score of 3-1.

The Bruins (7-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Regis Jesuit (Aurora, CO). The Raiders come into the 5A League 2 challenge with a 7-3 record.

In their next game, the Wolverines battle the Castle View Sabercats (Castle Rock, CO) in a 5A League 1 challenge, on Saturday, January 18. Chaparral will attempt to better on its 2-10 season record. The Sabercats come into the challenge with a 4-7 record after their 18-1 non-league win over Dakota Ridge (Littleton, CO).
