The St. Raphael Academy Saints ice hockey team scored 5 points and held the host Cumberland Clippers to 1 in the Saints league victory on Saturday.

The Saints now hold a 7-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Coventry for a Division 2 bout on Friday, January 31.

With the defeat, Cumberland moves to 3-5 on the season. The Clippers travel to North Kingstown (North Kingstown, RI) to play the Skippers in a bout on Wednesday, January 15. The Skippers go into the bout with a record of 6-4. North Kingstown lost 4-2 in their recent league bout against Ponaganset (North Scituate, RI)
