The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Churchill County Greenwave (Fallon, NV) and the visiting Wooster Colts (Reno, NV), observed Churchill County's basketball team overwhelm Wooster by a score of 75-32.
The Greenwave (11-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Fernley (Fernley, NV). The Vaqueros come into the challenge with a 0-6 record. In their last challenge, Fernley was routed by Spring Creek (Spring Creek, NV), 66-39, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Colts encounter the South Tahoe Vikings (South Lake Tahoe, CA) in a challenge, on Wednesday, January 15. Wooster will attempt to improve on its 0-7 season record. The Vikings come into the challenge with a 2-3 record after their 44-42 league win over North Valleys (Reno, NV).
